Glamping pods are designed to sleep up to 4 adults in a queen-sized bed and sleeper sofa. We are projecting each glamping pod will earn 15% to 20% net yearly return on investment, after all deductions for expenses and taxes.

How Does This Work?

  1. Adriatic Glamping acquires land/sites we evaluate as having the best potential for future daily rental income.
  2. Our professional designers and construction team build property to maximize rental potential and property value.
  3. We sell 80% of the site (16 shares) to investors and keep 20% (4 shares) for us.
  4. Our team books the glamping pods to guests, maintains the property, cleans the property, and insures the property against damages or loss.
  5. We distribute rental profits every month to each investor according to their share of the ownership in the property.

Over the past 5 calendar years, glamping market have generated an average of 23.32% ROI each year for investors, through rental income alone. This does NOT count the growth in resale values, but this DOES include 2 years of global pandemic.

On glamping pods, we split the daily rental income 50/50 with investors. 50% of the revenue generated from nightly bookings goes to Adriatic Glamping. The other 50% is divided among the investors in proportion to each of their investments.

You have ZERO burden of operational expenses, maintenance, or upgrades because Adriatic Glamping takes 100% of the responsibility for all costs associated with marketing, operating, maintaining, upgrading, and even insuring the property.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

Real Estate

Whether you buy one share, multiple shares, or an entire glamping pod, we register the actual unit in your name with the government. You are the full, outright legal owner of the property with all ownership rights and titles.

Every month your fair share of the income from the entire glamping site hits your bank account. We distribute the earnings equally among all the investors in the site in proportion to their investments.

 

 

 

 

Holidays
