There are 20 co-ownership shares available in the property. 16 shares are available for investment. The remaining 4 shares will be owned by Adriatic Glamping as your investment partner in this glamping site. Because we own 20% of the glamping site, it is in our own interest to ensure the glamping site is always booked and generating maximum income. Rental income is distributed to each partner monthly. If you wish to exit the investment, you can sell your share at any time for the current market value, and we even offer a buy-back option that is permanently in place.
